Q: Can I post a free classified car advert ?
A: Yes you can post a FREE 20 day advert with 3 free photos.

Q: Do I have to register to post a classified car advert ?
A: No you dont have to register to post an ad but you do have to enter your details so buyers can contact you.

Q: Will my email address be shown ?
A: No your email address is hidden.

Q: Do I have to enter my telephone number ?
A: No you do not have to enter your telephone number.

Q: If I place a paid classified car advert, where will it be shown ?
A: All paid adverts are listed at the top of your chosen category before the free listings.

Q: What payments do you accept for paid listings ?
A: We accept payment via paypal or credit card

Q: When my advert runs out will I get a reminder ?
A: Yes if you have entered a valid email address an automated email will be sent out to tell you that your classified advert has expired.

Q: Can I edit or delete my classified advert ?
A: Yes you can edit or delete your classified advert at any time.

Q: What do I do If I recieve spam emails ?
A: We will do our best to stop any spam emails from reaching you, however we cannot stop them all. Please report any spam to admin@cars-sales.com or support@cars-sales.com

Q: What do I do If I pay for a listing and it says I did not pay ?
A: Please contact support@cars-sales.com immediately with your email address or phone number and details which you used to pay and we will check our payment system.

Q: I can’t upload images for my classified car sales advert ?
A: Make sure your images are not over 2mb in size and they are the following formats. jpg, gif or png format.

Please remember to delete your advert when you have sold your vehicle
